For people of faith who trusted in this administration

This note is for people of faith (belief without evidence) who are waking up to the excruciating reality that this time, when they did place their faith in an administration who they thought were looking out for what was right and in their interest, they ended up being manipulated and exploited. They gave their lives and families for megalomanical madmen who couldn’t care less about the same people who gave them their trust, hard earned money, and blood.

It is not too late to stem the tide. The betrayal must be so confusing, so shocking, so unreal. It’s kind of like when the truth about the extent of child abuse among priests first came to light.

I am not a religious person. I am a cynic. But I am also a spiritual person, who aches for a quick, just and peaceful resolution to the situation perpetrated by those who I think are in the top levels of the U.S. administration. I do not want to argue with anyone. These are my thoughts, and if anyone would like to discuss it with me, I’d be happy to respond. But others, please reserve your venom for another writer, as I will not respond.
