Congresswoman cuts off AIPAC: A hero of our times.
This is one for the record books. For the first time a US politician stands up to the Israel lobby. Watch for AIPAC’s attempts to destroy her politically.
"A congresswoman says the American Israel Public Affairs Committee is unwelcome in her office until it apologizes for an activist who called her a terrorist supporter. Rep. Betty McCollum (D-Minn.) said that the supporter told her chief of staff that “Congresswoman McCollum’s support for terrorists will not be tolerated." McCollum is one of two members of the U.S. House of Representatives International Relations Committee who voted against a bill that AIPAC strongly endorses and that would cut off the Palestinian Authority."

[This] letter... was sent by Representative Betty McCollum, a Democrat from Minnesota, to the executive director of AIPAC. The bill mentioned, H.R. 4681, the Palestinian Anti-Terrorism Act of 2006, would place so many restraints on aid to the Palestinian people, and so many restrictions on the administration’s ability to deal with the Palestinians, that even the State Department has opposed it. AIPAC has strongly backed it. The Senate version of the bill, S. 2237, would allow the administration far more flexibility. On April 6, the House International Relations Committee passed H.R. 4681 by a vote of 36 to 2; McCollum was one of the two nays. As of May 11, AIPAC has yet to respond to her demand for an apology.

It is quite obvious how cowardly and scared the little minded and small hearted are when their lies no longer hold sway and their little messages of fear indoctrination stop working. It is amazing how they all gang up on the little dissedent voice of truth and reality. Like school yard bullies and misguided children. A vote in a house of Congress is a matter of choice and a matter of doing their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution and the service to the people of their electorate.
Calling someone a terrorist supporter is akin to being a bully in school going around and making sure everybody is scared of you so you can say and do anything you want. That is quite obvious that it has come to elementery school children psychology and games when lives, dreams, and humanity hang in the balance the best thing that "they" can think of is "name calling", "mis labeling", and a misguided agenda full of poison and greed based on their own self indoctrination of apathy for others and their own vision of what is good or not for someone else.
How dare they think that they are better or have some rights above that of other humans to live and commune together in hope on this earth as a society. This is their biggest mistake and has always led them into their own world of self delusions. I support anyone that has the self led vision to support their own position without the poison of mind control fear!
WOW a REAL MAN in Congress! And SHE’s a WOMAN! I down with that!
