9 June 2005 par (Open-Publishing)
Yesterday, George Bush and Tony Blair LIED before the world again..Harry Truman once said of Richard Nixon, "He’s one of the few in the history of this country to run for high office talking out of both sides of his mouth at the same time and lying out of both sides", but if ever a description was to be applied to Bush and Blair, this would be it.
How long is this going to go on? How long are these two war criminals going to be allowed to LIE repeatedly to the world before anything is (…) -

Where Have the Right Wing Trolls Gone...?
9 June 2005 par (Open-Publishing)
17 commentsIn the absence of any right wing lunatic postings on this site, ( incidentally does anyone know whether they’ve been sent to Iraq or just had their medication increased ?). Anyway, I thought I’d play devils advocate so we can practice and shoot down the pro war arguments.
I think they’ve given up on the WMD fairy tale -but now the general tenet is ’We’re there now and there would be chaos if it was left to the Iraqis’
Other spurious justifications include ;
’It was worse under Saddam’ (…) -

Evidence shows clear path of premeditated war
9 June 2005 par (Open-Publishing)
There is a slow but perceptible drumbeat calling for the impeachment of President George W. These revelations come from leaked secret minutes of a July 23, 2002 meeting where the head of British MI6, after visiting the Bush administration in Washington, reported back to Prime Minister Tony Blair that "Bush wanted to remove Saddam, through military (…)

GULAG, SHMOOLAG
9 June 2005 par (Open-Publishing)
2 commentsBy William Fisher
When Amnesty International described U.S. anti-terrorist prisons as “the Gulag of our time”, it gave the Bush Administration the ideal gift for the politician who has nothing: An opportunity to change the subject.
Its over-the-top and historically dubious language allowed the president, the vice-president, the secretary of defense and many other Bushies to get everyone focused on syntax and away from the prisoner abuse issue.
This is the second goodie the (…) -
USA Today Editor: We couldn’t find The Memo
9 June 2005 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentAt the end of this article, the USA Today editor explains why they haven’t printed anything on the memo until now, more than a month later: "We could not obtain the memo or a copy of it from a reliable source..." Sure. We’re supposed to believe that nobody at USA Today could find the link to the original article by the TimesOnline.uk? Blair’s office did not deny the authenticity, validating it as a source, and USA Today didn’t cover it for a month because it exposes Bush’s LIES. Ironically, (…)

The AP transcript says the reporter asked a question which included the phrase, "intelligence and facts remain fixed" around the policy of removing Saddam Hussein, whereas the official White House transcript and account by the Washington Post asserted the reporter said "intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy of removing (…)
