Instead of spouting off an endless series of lies about the Islamic Republic of Iran , Dr. Rice should be queried by the world news media to explain her conduct prior to , during , and following the 9/11 terror attacks. In specific I refer to the following issues : 1) On 9/10/01, The Pakistani Daily reported that the visit of (ISI Chief) Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmed to the United States "triggered speculation about the agenda of his mysterious meetings at the PENTAGON and THE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL. ( Note , At the time Dr. Rice was chairman of the the NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL ) ( Source : Asia Times "9/11 and the Smoking Gun" April 8, 2004 ) 2) During a White House briefing on May 16, 2002 a reporter asked Rice if she was aware that ISI Chief Lt. General Mahmoud Ahmed was in Washington on September 11 , 2001 and had wired 100 K to Mohammed Atta on 9/10/ 01 to two separate accounts in a bank in Florida. Rice responded "I have not seen the report and he was certainly not meeting with me." 3 ) Right , Dr. Rice. Then why did you call up then SF. Mayor Willie Brown warning him to cancel his airplane flight to New York in the wee hours of the morning of 9/11/01. Female intuition ? 4) Why did Senior civilian PENTAGON officials cancel their air travel plans during the evening of 9 /10/11 , scheduled for the following morning ? Neocon intitution ? 5) Yet more deception from Rice at her WH briefing held on May 16 ,2002 : "I don’t think anybody could have predicted that these people would take an airplane and slam it into the World Trade Centre , take another one and slam it into the Pentagon , that they would try to use an airplane as a missile. " 6 ) Come now , Dr. Rice . A congressional report begs to differ . " from at least 1994 and continuing into the summer of 2001 the Intelligence Community received information indicating terrorists were contemplating ,among other means of attack , the use of aircrafts as weapons. "George briefed Condi that there was going to be a major attack , according to an official who was present at the meeting... (Source : "Could 9/11 have been been prevented", TIME ) 8) Are you really sure Dr. Rice that you had no idea that planes could be deployed as missiles ? Surely Director Tenet informed you of the efforts of Western Intelligence Agencies to prevent this scenario when they deployed anti -aircraft missile batteries at the G-8 summit held in Genoa just two months prior to 9/11. 9 ) Perhaps this explains the following tidbit of information : " Two government sources told TIME that National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice is arguing over ground rules for her appearance before the (9/11 Commission) in part because she does not want to testify under oath or , according to one source, in public.
