In light of the recent intellingence analysis that Iraq is a "catastrophic failure" and the best case scenario is for a continuation of the current chaos. Dennis Kucinch has called on the House Subcommittee on National Security to hold hearings to investigate Bush’s lies.

"I believe that this subcommittee must excercise its oversight powers to the fullest and hold the Bush administration accountable for its decisions particularly where the use of force is concerned.

Over 1000 US soldiers have already lost their lives while serving in Iraq, and Congress owes all our brave soldiers honest answers. The American Public deserves a hearing on the findings of the 2004 NIE report in open session."

Thank You Dennis Kucinich !

"I feel it is vital that the Subcommittee act quickly to examine the latest intelligence guiding the Bush Administration’s current policy on Iraq. I look forward to an answer to my request."

Yes! If they lied before the war, isn’t it possible they’re still lying now?
The Bush/Kerry policy of ’staying the course’ as the only way is a lie.

What we have in DC now is a gang of thieves that are getting away with murder. If we don’t hold them accountable they’re going to think they can get away with anything and it’s going to get much, much worse. All congressmen that are afraid to delve into this ’intelligence failure’ are girlie men. (thanks Arnold ; -)

We need to call and fax the members of the House Subcommittee and pleasantly demand that they vote with Kucinich and hold these hearings in open session before the election. The American people deserve the truth. No more secrecy due to ’national security’- that’s an obvious excuse allowing them to get away with murder. We Demand Accountability. If our representatives won’t hold Bush accountable, we will hold them accountable.

The National Security Subcomittee - perhaps you’d rather call them
sample email text:

Dear Honorable Representative,

I agree with Dennis Kucinich, I believe that the "Subcommittee on National Security must excercise its oversight powers to the fullest and hold the Bush administration accountable for its decisions particularly where the use of force is concerned.

Over 1000 US soldiers have already lost their lives while serving in Iraq, and Congress owes all our brave soldiers honest answers. The American Public deserves a hearing on the findings of the 2004 NIE report in open session.

I feel it is vital that the Subcommittee act quickly to examine the latest intelligence guiding the Bush Administration’s current policy on Iraq. I look forward to an answer to my request."

Hold the Bush Administration Accountable or else I will call and email everyone I know to get you replaced this November.

or something like that (- ;

Tip- you have to wait a full 24 hrs before you can send the next batch of email-fax
or they all get returned and you have to do it again

  • Thank God for Dennis Kucinich!

  • As time passes, we learn that the "crazy" Dennis Kucinich was correct on just about everything. I should have supported him in the primaries but I believe the stupid media when they said he was "unelectable." What a sad, sad state of affairs.

    • I did support him in the primaries. I was a Kucinich delegate to the Texas State Convention. When he spoke to the Convention on Sat. June 19, he set the entire convention center ablaze. There was ho-hum reception to almost everything going on there - business as usual and ho hum speeches. Then Dennis took the podium and it ignited with everyone on their feet and screaming so loudly you could hardly hear Dennis. I have a tape of that speech and it is TREMENDOUS! After he finished the hall mostly emptied out and it was back to nothing happening of any interest. He was electrifying and got so many hugs and so much respect from those who introduced him grudgingly. Now Walter Cronkite has come out and endorsed him now that he’s not a candidate anymore as the ONLY candidate who mattered. But we are still working for his issues. We will not go away. You can still get on an email list for Kucinich info.

    • I was in Texas too for his speech I came just to see him. I live in Florida and still support Dennis. I will never forget that speech and the response of the crowd. Americans have lost an opportunity for leadership from the most extraordinary person to seek the office of President in many years. I left the aduitorium when the Viet Nam veteran began to speak about the sacrifices we must make for freedom. What a blow out after the fabulous speech from Dennis about another direction a path toward PEACE. We are truly fortunate to have Dennis on the side of Democracy and truth.

    • I told all my friends and neighbors to vote for Dennis. When they said he had no chance I would say yeah he doesn’t have a chance if you don’t vote for him —but he is the best man running. Look at what he has to say. It is indeed sad that nobody would take the time to see what the choices were and now we have Kerry instead of a really courageous leader. Still I will vote for a war hero over a war criminal any day . But in 2008 we will beg Dennis to run again even as an independent. Let us all agree to demand Instant Runoff Voting so next time we can have true democracy. The two party system we have now just doesn’t work. Bill Rice,Alna,Me

  • Dennis Kucinich is our only politician currently doing his job in Washington. He was the only one who read the patriot act and voted NO! He lead the effort in the house of reps to vote NO on the war in Iraq. He voted NO on the upcoming war in Iran.

Our country is in trouble, and Americans must rise up and take it back. Find out who your senators and representatives serve...and DO something NOW! Those in power aren’t going to give it back easily.

  • Thank God for all of the REAL American patriots, may they save our wonderful country and expose the culprits that have high-jacked the Constitution and The Bill of Rights.

  • Use that Email-Fax it works great ! Just copy those blocks of email addys, paste and send email demanding accountability.

if there was ever one email you went out of your way to pass around, let this be the one. lets urge everyone to send those faxes, 6/day 3 days in a row.. flood their offices and DEMAND those open hearings before the election.

  • The day that Dennis Kucinich says a word of truth will be the year that it snows on the 4th of July and hits 80 on New year’s day in New york city . Everything he is for is wrong , everything he is against is right . It is a good thing that the peoplo of Cleveland will kick this lier out . out of the 538 persons in congress no lies more that Kucinich , not even Byrd or Kennedy, or Rockefeller, or boxer, or feinstein or Graham, or Edwards or Conrad He is a good Democrat lies 100% of the time , good thing come January he be out of the congress . We need more Republicans to help George W. Bush in his next 4 years in the White House

    • you don’t need more Republipukes to help Bush get elected, all we need is the Supreme court to appoint him again....it is a laugh to say we are bringing democracy to Iraq when we do not even have democracy here in this country.
