Letter eMailed to a European Newspaper!

I am an American. World War II taught the world that all individual Germans were responsible for the crimes of Hitler and his henchmen - and every individual American is responsible for the crimes of Bush and his henchmen;
therefore, I am responsible for war crimes committed by George Bush, and all of George Bush’s mobsters, regardless of my having voted against him and all Republicans and all that they represent. Since Germany refuses to accept responsibility for prosecution of American war criminals, it would beg the question: Before what International Legal Authority might an individual American Citizen plead "Guilty" to charges of being an accomplice after the fact to War Crimes committed by George W. Bush and all of George W. Bush’s mob, and then to pray for the mercy of a Loving God and the Civilized World?
