Good Stuff is happening, or should I say Bad Stuff is NOT happening...sort of.
Afghanistan isn’t yet back in the hands of the Taliban, and Karzai is still asking for foreign investment and promising to stop the drug trade.
Israel hasn’t nuked Lebanon or Palestine yet. AND, that soldier may yet be alive!
Iran has quieted down for a spell. No threats to bomb Israel or attack the USA.
North Korea’s Kim Jon Il is still posturing and hasn’t attacked Japan...yet.
Syria is under verbal attack by the US, but nothing more.
The Kurds are happy as warm puppies!
There is no Tsunami in Indonesia yet.
The US deficit is "under control" according to George Bush, and Cheney, although insulting Putin in Russia is just blowing off steam. All hat and no cattle!
Global Warming won’t kill us all off for at least another 25 years!
Europe is still a great place for a vacation.
The Pope still insists that world peace is a possibility.
Only about 10% of American soldiers are Neo Nazis, skinheads, or mass rapists. Nothing to worry about, really.
bin Laden has more or less retired, so we won’t have any serious attacks on US soil any more
So take a deep breath, relax, smile, grab a burger or a Taco or a Spring roll...and rock,dude!

O. K., i’ll grab that burger,oh wait, mad cow disease is on the rise. Mabey i will grab a margarita and try to forget that an asteroid just skimmed by last week. Oh wait, Im happy about that ! I guess the way the world is going, I should be happy that I didn’t waste my money saving for my retirement, and gee, probably no funeral costs either. Is this a wonderfull world or what ?
