DEBKAfile: A third US carrier, the nuclear-powered USS Enterprise Strike Group is speeding towards the Persian Gulf
June 21, 2007, 12:17 PM (GMT+02:00)
According to DEBKAfile’s military sources, the US naval build-up off the shores of Iran marks rising military tensions in the region, accentuated by last week’s Hamas victory which has endowed Iran with a military foothold on Israel’s southwestern border.
The USS Enterprise CVN 65-Big E Strike Group, the US Navy’s largest air carrier, will join the USS Stennis and the USS Nimitz carriers, building up the largest sea, air, marine concentration the United States has ever deployed opposite Iran. This goes towards making good on the assurances of four carriers US Vice President Dick Cheney offered the Gulf and Middle East nations during his May tour of the region.
The “Big E” leads a strike group consisting of the guided-missile destroyers USS Arleigh Burke DDG 51, USS Stout DDG 55, Forrest Sherman DDG 98 and USS James E. Williams DDG 95, as well as the guided missile cruiser USS Gettysburg CG 64, the SS Philadelphia SSN 690 nuclear submarine and the USNS Supply T-AOE 6>
On its decks are the Carrier Air Wing CVW 1, whose pilots fought combat missions in the Gulf and Arabian Sea during 2006. The Air Wing is made up of F/Q-18 Super Hornet strike craft, the Sidewinders Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-86, the 251st Marine Fighter Attack Squadron MFA, and the Electronic Attack Squadron VAQ 137.
The 32nd Sea Control Squadron VS consists of S-3B Vikings. The Airborne Early Warning Squadron VAQ 3 flies E-2C Hawkeye craft. The Fleet Logistics Support Squadron VRC is based on C-2A Greyhounds.
DEBKAfile’s military sources report Washington is considering deploying the fourth US carrier for the region in the Red Sea opposite Saudi Arabian western coast to secure the three US carriers in the Gulf from the rear as well as the Gulf of Aqaba and Suez Canal.

WOW! I’ll bet Iran is a little concerned about this. Maybe this will cause them to rethink their nuclear activities and get back in line with the way the world needs to go.

If Israel has nukes illegally and Iran doesn’t would’t his put Iran at a distinct disadvantage if Israel decided to engage in other illegal activity? Also my understanding is that Iran is within it’s legal right to pursue nucler power generation. Israel it seems is the one that has upset the balance here by it’s illegal behaviour. Why doesn’t the world simply disarm Israel?

Firstly, it is NOT Israel that runs the US government. The US government is NOT threatening Iran because of Israel, but will allow everyone who wishes to believe otherwise that they are right. After all, that then becomes a sort of apparent way of deculpablizing the US government, for it couldn’t do something this criminal if it was not due to the Israeli government and Zionists, right. Bogus nonsense!
Secondly, DEBKAfile is a source to be very WARY of. Last I read about it, it is very in line with the Israeli govt and can therefore be expected to be a propaganda spreader, or producer and spreader; although that’s not to mean that that a third US aircraft carrier is not heading to the Persian Gulf or very nearby.
Thirdly, Iran is WHOLLY within its legitimate and legal rights; morally and legally. Wholly.
Fourthly, Iran NEVER said that Israel should be "wiped off the map". That lie has been exposed LONG enough already, much more than long and often enough that it takes IDIOTS to not be aware of the exposure and debunk-ation. President Ahmadinejad NEVER said those words. They were concocted by some malevolant or malicious producer of propaganda of anti-Iranian nature, and pro-Israeli government, pro-Zionism, and pro-war on Iran.
Fifthly, someone, some government(s) is saying that some other government and/or country should be "wiped off the map", and the latter, target country is Iran, or at least its government; while the threatening parties are .... You’re intelligent enough to figure out it out, right? No? Okay. Try US and Israeli governments, along with all of the US ally governments allying themselves with the US, and Israel, AGAINST Iran and when it is totally within its legal and moral rights.
Ah, I just recalled the source that I last read a little about DEBKAfile from.
Quote: "DEBKAfile, the Mossad front, makes life so much easier. ...".
If Nimmo says DEBKAfile is associated with Mossad, then he’s most likely right, and the article the quote is from is the following.
"Deconstructing Fatah al-Islam an Easy Task, Thanks to DEBKAfile", June 4, 2007,
http://kurtnimmo.com/?p=888
Not having yet read the following, but did a Web search on DEBKAfile and Mossad as keywords, and the following are some of the articles that speak of these two entities being related:
"Debka File Caught Lying. Pushing The Zionist Agenda",
http://www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com/node/2010
"Another Middle East war erupts Wednesday as 50,000 Turkish troops invade N. Iraq to strike rebel Kurdish PKK bases", Jun 6 2007,
http://www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com/node/1959
Doing a web search on "Debkafile ’mossad front’ -kurtnimmo" (given his article above), minus the outer quotes turns up many hits, but including duplicated references to sources. Nonetheless, the latter WakeUpFrom... article provides a brief and excellent example of my point; that DEBKAfile is a source to be wary of.

You say this is allowed per Irans moral rights, perhaps that is why the world is lining up against them. What sane person would wish to live under this regime. If its such a great place go live there and enjoy life and enjoy all the freedoms and moral teachings the goverment bestows on you.Have a wonderful life.
