Uncle Tom Obama has killed 25,000 SO FAR in Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi & Afghan Territories
7 February 2009 par (Open-Publishing)
Notwithstanding the assertions of the egregiously dishonest Bush-ites (Bush, McCain, Cheney, Dr Condoleezza Rice aka Dr Death or the Wicked Witch of the West etc) and neo-Bush-ites (such as Uncle Tom Obama and the awful Clintons) we STILL do not know who was responsible for murdering 3,000 people on 9-11 (formerly US supported terrorists? with US passive complicity? by the US itself with or without the help of US surrogates such as Apartheid Israeli Mossad or Pakistan ISI?) (see “US (…)

Turkey’s drift away from the West
Jan. 14, 2009 SVANTE E. CORNELL , THE JERUSALEM POST
A decade ago, Western and Israeli leaders could count on Turkey as an ally. A solid NATO member, Ankara took decisions based on pragmatic calculations of interest - and erred on the side of caution if at all. But under the rule of the Islamic conservative AKP, this has changed.
In the face of Hamas rockets, Israel could have expected more understanding from a country long suffering from aggressive (…) -

Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the Aftermath of the Russian Invasion of Georgia
Niklas Swanstrom*
Introduction The Russian invasion of Georgia did not provoke too much concern from either China or the Central Asian governments. On the contrary, smug smiles were initially seen in many capitals of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) members. Georgia is, to the displeasure of many, a very defiant and rapidly growing democracy that had the nerve to leave the embracing bosom of (…) -

1 commentMoscow Reacts to US Buildup in Afghanistan
by F. William Engdahl
Global Research, February 5, 2009
Moscow has correctly assessed that the announced Obama troop buildup in Afghanistan has no relevance to the stated aim of combatting the ‘Taliban’, but rather with a new attempt by the Pentagon strategists to encircle both Russia and China on Eurasia in order to retain US global military dominance. It is not waiting for a new policy from Washington. Rather Russia is acting to secure its (…) -
UNHRC: Canada Grilled Over Gaza Record
5 February 2009 par (Open-Publishing)
Canada’s staunch support for Israel during its 23-day war on Gaza has caused uproar at the United Nation’s Human Right’s body in Geneva.
During Canada’s first Universal Periodic Review (UPR) at the Human Rights Council in Switzerland, Toronto was questioned on its unconditional sympathy for Israel.
"It is often asked why, in the Human Rights Council, Canada is the first and often the only country to ask for a vote and vote against issues that address the violations of human rights of the (…) -
