Western Mainstream Media IGNORE real 9-11 crime: 9-11 million Bush War deaths from Haiti to Afghanistan

On September 16 2008, the major US Mainstream media organization MSNBC had the Headline: “2008 a deadly year for Afghan civilians. More than 1,400 killed so far in attacks by insurgents, U.S. and NATO” (see: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26742540/ ).

This represents a HUGE UNDER-ESTIMATE of civilian deaths in US-, UK-, NATO- and Australia-occupied Afghanistan. Thus it can be estimated from authoritative UN and medical literature data that EACH YEAR in Occupied Afghanistan under-5 infant deaths ALONE total 327,000 - 90%, i.e. 294,000, of annual Afghan under-5 year old infant deaths are avoidable.

The Western democracies have been described as Murdochracies by top Australia-UK journalist John Pilger and others because major Mainstream media conglomerates such as those of the Rupert Murdoch Empire have such an enormous influence on the outcomes of the Elections that typically involve 2 extremely similar Parties anyway.

A major crime of the Western Mainstream media has been the ignoring, denial and obfuscation of horrendous violent and non-violent Indigenous Asian avoidable deaths in the Bush Wars. We don’t not yet know who did 9-11 but (1) mullahs in caves, (2) passive US complicity or (3) the US itself (with likely Apartheid Israel complicity) are the most likely hypotheses.

The Mainstream media have stuck with Hypothesis #1 of “mullahs in caves” from Day 1 - but have IGNORED the horrendous reality that the Bush I and Bush II Bush Wars (1990-2008) have so far been associated with an estimated 9-11 million avoidable deaths associated with Occupied Haiti, Occupied Somalia, Occupied Iraq, Occupied Afghanistan and global opiate drug-related deaths from US restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry that was 5% of world market share in 2001 but is now 93% of world market share under the UK, US, NATO and Australian Occupation of Afghanistan (for details and documentation see “9-11 excuse for US global genocide. Civilians can be killed either actively (by bombs or bullets) or passively (through deprivation and deprivation-exacerbated disease).

Thus of 6 million Jews killed by the Nazis in World War 2 an estimated 1 in 6 died from deprivation (see: Gilbert, M. (1969), Jewish History Atlas (Weidenfeld & Nicolson, London); Gilbert, M. (1982), Atlas of the Holocaust (Michael Joseph, London)).

Further, for impoverished Third World countries under-5 infant deaths are about 0.7 of total avoidable deaths (excess deaths, deaths that should not have happened) (see "Layperson’s guide for counting Iraq deaths": http://mwcnews.net/content/view/5872/26/).

Accordingly, the estimate by UNICEF (see: http://www.unicef.org/infobycountry... ) that each year 327,000 under-5 year old Afghan infants die in Occupied Afghanistan means that annual total non-violent avoidable deaths in Afghanistan = 327,000/0.7 = 467,143 i.e. there are about 470,000 avoidable Indigenous Afghan deaths in Occupied Afghanistan each year under war criminal US, UK, NATO and Australian occupation.

Given that annual total avoidable non-violent deaths total about 470,000 and assuming that the ratio of violent deaths/non-violent deaths in Occupied Afghanistan is 0.6 (i.e. half that in Occupied Iraq; see “Iraqi Genocide”:
http://www.brusselstribunal.org/Mes... ) we can estimate 0.6 x 470,000 = 282,000 violent deaths in Occupied Afghanistan each year.

Using authoritative UN and medical literature data (e.g. see the UN Population Division: http://esa.un.org/unpp/ ), one can estimate post-invasion violent and non-violent deaths in Occupied Afghanistan. In Occupied Afghanistan for the period October 2001- September 2008, post-invasion under-5 infant deaths total 2.1 million, indicative of 3.0 million total excess deaths; however an independent estimate of post-invasion excess deaths (from relative total mortality data) is 3.9 million.

If we conservatively estimate that the ratio of violent to non-violent deaths in Occupied Afghanistan is only HALF that in Occupied Iraq i.e. 0.6 rather than 1.2, then the post-invasion violent excess deaths in Occupied Afghanistan total 1.8 million. Accordingly post-invasion excess deaths in Occupied Afghanistan can be estimated at about 3.9-5.7 million or roughly 4-6 million.

There are now also about 4 million Afghan refugees. This constitutes an Afghan Genocide according to the UN Genocide Convention (for details and documentation see “9-11 excuse for US global genocide. The real 9-11 atrocity: 9-11 Million Dead in Bush Wars: http://mwcnews.net/content/view/251... ).

Thus, Article 2 of the UN Genocide Convention defines “Genocide” as follows: “In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such: a) Killing members of the group; b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group” (see: http://www.edwebproject.org/sidesho... ).

According to UNICEF
(see: http://www.unicef.org/infobycountry...), each year 327,000 under-5 year old Afghan infants die avoidably in Occupied Afghanistan (population 26 million) as compared to 2,000 in Occupier Australia (population 21 million).

The “annual death rate” is 6.2% for under-5 year old infants in Australia-occupied Afghanistan as compared to 10.2% for Australian prisoners of war of the Japanese in World War 2 (for which crime Japanese generals were arraigned, tried and hanged).

The key explanation for this carnage: consulting the World Health Organization we find that “annual total per capita medical expenditure” in Occupied Afghanistan is only $26 and a mere $130 in Occupied Iraq) – as compared to about $3,000 in Australia and NATO Occupier countries and $6,400 for the US (see WHO: http://www.who.int/en/ ).

The contempt of the Western mainstream media for Arab, Muslim, Iraqi, Afghan, Asian and South Asian lives is reflected in their grossly dishonest, holocaust-ignoring genocide-ignoring reportage of the carnage of the Bush Wars – as exampled by this recent MSNBC report of ““2008 a deadly year for Afghan civilians. More than 1,400 killed so far in attacks by insurgents, U.S. and NATO” (see: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26742540/ ) that stands in horrible contrast to the estimate from UN and medical literature data of 470,000 annual NON-VIOLENT avoidable deaths and possibly 282,000 annual VIOLENT deaths in Occupied Afghanistan.

Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity. What can decent people do about this racist Anglo-American, NATO, and Australian lying, violence and mass murder?

What YOU can do is (a) to inform everyone you can and (b) involve yourself in individual and collective, national and international Sanctions and Boycotts against those people, corporations and countries involved in the ongoing US Global Holocaust from Occupied Haiti, through Occupied Somalia, Occupied Palestine, Occupied Syria, Occupied Diego Garcia, Occupied Iraq and Occupied Afghanistan to the robot-bombed and now US GI -invaded Pakistan.

Decent people successfully applied Sanctions and Boycotts against the US-, UK-, White Australia- and Apartheid Israel-backed, Nazi-style Apartheid South African régime for the crime of denying one-man-one-vote to Africans, Asians and South Asians – Sanctions and Boycotts are therefore even more justified against those involved in the mass murder of Africans, Asians and South Asians in the ongoing genocidal Bush Wars.
