    According to the Wikipedia and the US Census Bureau’s International Data Base, the Muslim population of the world was a little over 1.25 billion in 2000, and has been estimated to be anywhere from 1.4 to 1.6 billion today, April 2006. The figure of 800 million Muslims that 72.125 quotes was true way back in 1972. Times change, Mr. Van Winkle, times change.

    Don’t pretend to be pithy when you can’t even spell. The word -you’re- is a contraction of the words ‘you’ and ‘are’ & it needs an apostrophe, which is missing from your inaccurate spelling. The blogger above you was merely posting a far more accurate assessment of the worldwide population of Muslims. The number you gave of 800 million, reveals that you are way out of date on one important issue.
    Who knows how out of date you are about everything else?
    Besides, saying he or she is ’out gunned’ is arriving at a conclusion with no basis in fact. This blogger doesn’t mention that he or she is ’gunning’ for any one, nor does he or she reveal their nationality, religion or political perspective. Are you telling us that you can read minds through a blog post? More than likely it is you that are looking to ‘gun’ someone, apparently as many Muslims as possible. If so, I can safely call you a person with murder in their hearts, without the use of your special ‘mental’ powers.
