COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - An error with an electronic voting system gave President Bush 3,893 extra votes in suburban Columbus, elections officials said.
Franklin County’s unofficial results had Bush receiving 4,258 votes to Democrat John Kerry’s 260 votes in a precinct in Gahanna. Records show only 638 voters cast ballots in that precinct. Bush’s total should have been recorded as 365.
Bush won the state by more than 136,000 votes, according to (…)

The Election Pig of 2004
9 November 2004by Wayne Besen
Not even the fabulous RuPaul could find a shade of lipstick glamorous enough to pretty up Tuesday night’s election pig. The excruciating defeat was an unmitigated disaster for the GLBT community. With the Supreme Court thrown into the equation, there is the very real possibility that some aspects of the movement could be set back decades. Many of my good friends and colleagues are depressed, even despondent, as they well should be. A couple of buddy’s are even thinking of (…) -
Kerry Wins If All Legal Votes Counted in Ohio!
8 November 2004Yes you read that right, Kerry WINS if all legal votes are counted. Provisionals will count even though they are counted late and if the "spoiled" ballots can be won either by a Dem challenge (which they have decided against but maybe can be pressured on) or a citizen lawsuit(probably one or more people from Ohio) to count these ballots, then Kerry can WIN, even though he conceded! If the Republicans seemed to lose but they knew that all the legal votes were not counted you better (…)

Rare Sight of Jewish-Muslim Harmony Outside Arafat Hospital
8 November 2004At a solemn vigil outside the hospital treating Yasser Arafat, a remarkable, poignant moment of peace: A Jewish rabbi and a Muslim prayer leader shaking hands and extending hopes for the Palestinian leader’s recovery.
Rabbi Moishe Arye Friedmann travelled from Vienna to show his support, while Kamel Titouhi came from a local mosque where he had led prayers for Arafat’s recovery.
The two men met at what has become a small shrine to Arafat beside the main gate of the modern military (…) -
Israel’s Gaza commander resigns
8 November 2004The most senior Israeli army commander in Gaza has resigned his post.
Brig Gen Shmuel Zakai is believed to have told reporters that Prime Minister Ariel Sharon ordered an operation in Gaza that the army thought unnecessary.
One report says Gen Zakai failed a polygraph test that was part of the investigation into the press leaks.
More than 100 Palestinians died in clashes after Israeli forces went into the Jabaliya camp in northern Gaza in late September for 17 days.

"Capital Guardians: Proven, Vigilant, Ready!" New Jersey School Strafed by Air National Guard F-16
8 November 2004The good people of Little Egg Harbor in Ocean County, New Jersey, got a taste of what it must be like living in Fallujah or Gaza City these days. The Intermediate School in the small hamlet was strafed with 20mm cannon fire from an F-16 Fighting Falcon jet on the evening of November 3, 2004. Fortunately, there were no injuries except for the pride of the pilot who had apparently inadvertently unleashed the air assault on the school.
The F-16 was attached to the 121st Fighter Squadron of (…) -
Exit Polls to Protect the Vote
7 November 2004Published: October 17, 2004
WASHINGTON - Since the 1960’s, the exit poll, that staple of election-night television, has been used along with other tools to declare winners when the polls close in each state, and its accuracy is noted later when the actual vote count proves it right. A landmark exception, of course, came in 2000, when the networks initially gave the decisive Florida vote to Al Gore.
But now exit polls are being used in some places to monitor the official vote count (…) -
Bush Vs. Bin Laden: The propaganda war
7 November 2004Bush Vs. Bin Laden: The propaganda war
by: An American citizen soon to be arrested for thought crimes.
Like Bin Laden, Bush has been highly effective in winning the hearts and minds of the people. OBL has used the same strategy and techniques that were taught to him by the CIA. Why is it working for Osama and not Bush?
Bush has not been able to control the media as well as Osama, even though most of the corporate US media has been complicit in helping to hide the realities of the war (…) -
Growing Collection of Vote Fraud links: ATTN Global Media
7 November 2004The list of evidence is growing that the US election was anything but a fair vote. Who could possibly think that all of these voting problems are just a minor aberation? The long lines are always in Democratic counties, that the computer ’glitches’ always favor Bush, and the new e-machines were made by a Bush ’Pioneer’ (top donor) that pledged to deliver for Bush. Funny how Diebold makes bank machines which print paper receipts millions of times daily, but they couldn’t get the printer to (…)

If Republicans Want An End To Questioning The Legitemacy of Their Elected Candidates...
6 November 2004I’m reserving judgement until all the results are in and all evidence reviewed, but in the mean time, I think we Democrats should start a voting machine manufacturing company, and start pursuing election and appointment of devoted Democrats in elections offices in every state, and organize crews to challenge Republican voters in every precinct in every state.
If the Republicans want votes that can be hacked, let’s go in open warfare mode and make sure we can disenfranchise as many (…)
