Prison de Salé, lieu de détention des sept militants des Droits de l’Homme
Pendant la tournée d’inspection de routine, les sept défenseurs Sahraouis des Droits de l’Homme détenus dans la prison de Salé ont été soumis à une violente attaque de la part des personnels pénitentiaires. Saleh Lbaihi à été blessé au niveau des testicules.

Pendant l’attaque, les employés pénitentiaires chantaient l’hymne du Maroc et divers slogans.

Ils disaient notamment qu’ils remerciaient dieu pour le discours du Roi qui relevait leur moral contre les ennemis de la nation.

Condamnation des deux étudiants Abdellah Daihani et Baba Ali Toumi
Après plusieurs reports, la Cour d’Appel de Casablanca a prononcé mardi des peines de prison de 6 mois à l’encontre de deux étudiants Sahraouis.

La cour de première instance avait condamné le mois dernier Abdellah Daihani et Baba Ali Toumi à un an de prison.

Rappelons que les deux étudiants ont vécu des conditions particulièrement dures depuis leur arrestation en novembre dernier. L’administration de la prison Okacha – Casablanca – les avait isolés en cellules individuelles, les avait coupés du monde extérieur et comme pour les 7 militants des Droits de l’Homme détenus à Salé, ne leur permettait pas la lecture de livres ou journaux, et n’autorisait que des courtes sorties de moins d’une heure.

Condamnation des deux étudiants El-Bachir Ismaili et Youssef Lbraik
A Agadir, la cour d’Appel a réduit la peine prononcée contre deux autres étudiants Sahraouis El-Bachir Ismaili et Youssef Lbraik de 4 ans à un an et demi pour le premier, et de 3 ans à un an de prison ferme pour le second.

Les deux étudiants ont été arrêtés alors qu’ils participaient à une manifestation pacifique organisée le 10 novembre, pour condamner les violations par le Maroc des Droits de l’Homme au Sahara Occidental occupé.

During the routine inspection campaign , seven sahraoui human rights defenders detainees in Salé were subjected today Tuesday to a violent attacks by prison staff, who were chanting the national anthem of Morocco and other slogans. The attack caused the injury of Saleh Lbaihi in the level of his Testicles. the staff said that they thanks God for the King speech which raised their morale against the nation’s enemies.

After repeated delays, The Court of Appeal of Casablanca on Tuesday sentenced tow Sahraoui student to jail terms of 6 months .
The court of first instance was sentenced Abdellah Daihani and Baba Ali Toumi last month for one year in prison .
We recall that the tow students above living in dire circumstances since their arrest last November where the prison administration of Okacha -in Casablanca intended to isolate them in individual cells, cut off from the outside world and don’t allow them such as the seven human rights activists detained in Salé reading books newspapers and a break does not exceed one hour.

In Agadir the Court of Appeal reduced the sentence againt tow other Sahraoui students El-Bachir Ismaili and Youssef Lbraik from 4 years of the first detainee to a year and a half, and three years for the second to a year in prison closed.

It should be noted that the tow students were arrested for participating in a peaceful demonstration organized in November 10 to condemn the Moroccan violations of human rights in the Western Sahara.

تعرض النشطاء الحقوقيون السبعة المعتقلين بسجن سلا اثناء حملة التفتيش الاعتيادية نهار اليوم الثلاثاء الى اعتداءات عنيفة من طرف موظفي السجن الذين كانوا يرددون النشيد الوطني للمغرب وشعارات أخرى ، وأسفر الاعتداء عن إصابة المعتقل لبيهي الصالح بإصابة على مستوى الخصيتين . وردد الموظفون بانهم يحمدوا الله على خطاب ملك المغرب الذي من معنوياتهم ضد من أسموهم اعداء الوطن .

بعد تأجيلات متكررة أصدرت محكمة الاستئناف بمدينة الدار البيضاء حكما يقضى بسجن الطالبين الصحراويين بابا اعلي التومي والديحاني عبد الله ستة أشهر سجنا نافذة . وكانت المحكمة الابتدائية بالمدينة قد أصدرت حكما بسنة سجنا نافذة بحق الطالبين الباحثين الشهر الماضي.

نذكر بان الطالبين السالفي الذكر يعيشان ظروفا مزرية منذ اعتقالهما نهاية شهر تشرين الأول -أكتوبر الماضي حيث تعمدت سلطات سجن عكاشة أين يقبع المعتقلين إلى عزلهما في زنازن انفرادية منقطعين عن العالم الخارجي ولا يسمح لهما على غرار النشطاء الحقوقيين السبعة بمطالعة الكتب أو قراءة الجرائد وفسحة يومية لاتتجاوز الساعة من الزمن .

وبمدينة اكادير خفضت محكمة الاستئناف بالمدينة حكما صادرا بحق الطالبين البشير الاسماعيلي و يوسف لبريك من 4 سنوات للمعتقل الأول إلى سنة ونصف، ومن ثلاث سنوات بالنسبة للثاني إلى سنة سجنا نافذة .
جدير بالذكر أن الطالبين كانا قد اعتقلا على خلفية مشاركتهما في مظاهرة سلمية نظمت يوم العاشر من تشرين الثاني – نوفمبر تنديدا بالانتهاكات المغربية لحقوق الإنسان بإقليم الصحراء الغربية.
