Only 20% Of Britons Believe Blair On Terror Threats Neo-Fascists need to stage real attack to reclaim credibility and obedience
By Paul Joseph Watson August 23, 2006 Prison Planet.com
A figure that is both telling and foreboding - that only one fifth of British citizens believe the Blair government is telling the truth on terror alerts - increases the chances of a staged attack to reinforce the notion that Islamo-Fascism is a real danger and not the invention of a ruthless Neo-Fascist (…)

America now is Germany then: Analogies
25 August 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentAmerica now is Germany then: Analogies
The German people of the late 1930s imagined themselves to be brave. They saw themselves as the heroic Germans depicted by the Wagnerian Operas, the descendants of the fierce Germanic warriors who had hunted wild boar with nothing but spears and who had defeated three of Rome’s mightiest legions in the Tuetenberg Forest.
But in truth, by the 1930s, the German people had become civilized and tamed, culturally obsessed with fine details in both (…) -

When they invade the USA!...Bush says they will!
24 August 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
7 commentsThe other day Bush said "If we give up our efforts in Iraq and pull out before the mission is accomplished, the terrorists will follow us over here!"
We’d sure better heed his erudite and carefully considered advice. I have no doubt that the minute we pull out of Iraq, where we’re doing a bang-up job, the various dead enders, thugs, teenagers, angry fathers and mothers, Saudi fighters, Sunis and Shia will board planes and boats and trains and automobiles, armed to teeth, and head to New (…) -

1 commentI came away from President Bush’s Press conference feeling invigorated; more alive and more jubilant than ever!
The President told us that we must stay the course in Iraq (and obviously in Afghanistan) for as long as it takes; that our troops won’t be pulled out as long as he’s the Commander in Chief.
I like that tough and courageous approach to peace and democracy in this precarious world. God and man, working in unison, with dedication and generosity to win hearts, minds, and a new (…) -

At the press conference yesterday, a reporter quizzed Bush: ‘Mr. President, I’d like to go back to Iraq. You’ve continually cited the elections, the new government, its progress in Iraq, and yet the violence has gotten worse in certain areas. You’ve had to go to Baghdad again. Is it not time for a new strategy? And if not, why not?”
President: “You’ve covered the Pentagon, you know that the Pentagon is constantly (…) -

Alexis deTocqueville - "Democracy in America" 1835
Much has changed since deTocqueville, a French aristocrat visiting America for the purpose of finding solutions to the penitentiary problems in France, toured America. At least on the surface. New ethnic groups. The suburbs. The Digital Revolution. Paperless money. Super highways. Super markets. Super sized food. And (…) -
In the face of Bush’s lies, it’s left to Assad to tell the truth
22 August 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
de Robert Fisk
In the sparse Baathist drawing rooms of Damascus, reality often seems a long way away. But it was a sign of the times that President Bashar al-Assad was able to bring the great and the good of Damascus to their feet by the simple token of telling the truth - which no other Arab leader has chosen to do these past five weeks: that the Lebanese Hizbollah guerrilla army has, in effect, won this round of their war with Israel.
There was plenty of hyperbole in the Assad speech. (…) -

Bush poll numbers UP!..Where DO they get these numbers?
21 August 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
4 commentsToday, just prior to the Bush Press Conference in the "New Press Room", CNN...that network which "The World Trusts", announced that Bush’s new approval rating number has risen to 42%..the highest in over a year!
Who among you, my friends, can possibly believe this?
Anyway, Bush, looking gray and a bit under the weather, came out swinging and ready to answer questions.
He made a very strange comment at one point, in repsonse to a question about disarming Hezbollah (and how impossible (…)
