La Paz, Aug 2 (Prensa Latina) The Congress of Bolivia voiced concern over
Israel attacks on Lebanon that has targeted civilians, and called the United
Nations to stop the hostilities.
A joint House and Senate resolution passed Tuesday considers this
Israel-Lebanon conflict a threat to world peace and the Middle East.
The resolution recalls that the civilian population has been the main
victim and urges for effort from the world community, the UN namely, to end
the attacks. -

SEOUL - North Korean Foreign Minister Paek Nam-sun had a message for the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), an annual gathering that attracts the foreign ministers of just about any country with a stake in the region.
