The Last Redoubt By David Glenn Cox
Many people think of catastrophes as an exclamation point, a lightening bolt from out of the blue sky. The truth is usually that most cataclysms are a series of minor events unnoticed in their individual accounts but it is when the sums are totaled that we begin to see it before our eyes and shake our heads with disappointment in our own rekonings.

There is no such thing as Oops with Nuclear Weapons

By David Glenn Cox
There are certain aspects of the Bush administration that have made themselves glaringly obvious after six and a half years.
Rule number 1, They never ever ever, ever tell the truth about anything, no matter how small or how inconsequential. The truth must always be dragged out of them like a dentist pulling wisdom teeth. Only after the lies and cover stories have all been exposed will the administration begin to admit the truth. Then only the truth that they are (…) -

I know just a little bit about Mr. William Kristol:
He is the son of one of the founders of the “neo-conservative” movement, Irving Kristol .
He is a commentator on Fox News.
He was Chief of Staff for one of the political “geniuses” of our time: VP Dan Quayle.
He is editor of another Rupert Murdoch war-propaganda rag, “The Weekly Standard.”
He is a member, and signer, of the (…) -
What an attack on Iran really means: Gwynne Dyer’s Secret
4 September 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
2 commentsGwynne Dyer is probably one of the most respected military analysts in the world. His book “War” and the accompanying TV series solidified his place in history as a prolific writer and communicator. He can state the obvious insanity of the proliferation of the war in a manner that can be understood even by the least among us.
One of his recent pieces, Bush’s hawks size up Iran, outlines a scenario of possible events that will transpire if the United States attacks Iran. I can only (…) -
