In this instance I’m not speaking about the "Die Hards" who are currently being killed and/or maimed for corporatocracy in Afghanistan and Iraq. No, I’m speaking about those ever diminishing numbers of loyal Bush supporers.
Bush’s latest CBS approval rating number is down to 29!..the lowest of his pathetic Washington career. But hold on!..there are the true "Die Hards" who will never abandon this miserable excuse for a president.
Despite this administration’s crass and endless (…)

Barbarians at the Gates: The sad fate of two armies.
5 March 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
5 commentsOnce upon a time the Romans had a great and powerful Army. Just as with our own (US) history, they were formed from volunteers from a wide slice of society; men with real skills and dedication. Unlike our own military, the Romans had plenty of fighters from the elite class (naturally they had better armor!), but there were many similarities too. For instance, the average Roman foot soldier had to carry 66 pounds worth of equipment on his back...almost the exact weight average of the U.S. (…)

Somalia
5 March 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
THE United States, heavily engaged in Afghanistan and Iraq in its global war on terror, is now fighting on a third front in Somalia (1). Washington assembled an anti-terrorist coalition in the Gulf of Aden in 2001 and it is clear from recent air raids and the deployment of US battleships that it regards the Horn of Africa as part of the theatre of operations in its battle against al-Qaida.
It is up against the Union of Islamic Courts, funded by Mogadishu traders who had had enough of (…) -

Syria ready with bio-terror if U.S. hits Iran
Quote: The true purpose of this story is to create markers that can be referred back to when the United States government unleashed biological weapons in the Middle East. These spook types are just too obvious.

U.S. Tactics of Containing Regional Roles in Middle East
28 February 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentBy Nicola Nasser*
Two-pronged U.S. tactics of confrontation and engagement unfolded last week and described by some media as “turnabouts” in the strategy of containment of what Washington perceives as adverse regional roles in the Middle East, but in the Iraqi context and in historical perspective these tactics are revealed only as old diplomatic manoeuvres in the drawers of the State Department.
In remarks before the Senate Appropriations Committee on Tuesday Secretary of State (…) -

"BEAUTYFUL IRAN"+CAT STEVENS
ARE WE SO BRAINWASHED THAT WE SUPPORT , AFTER IRAK, THE IDEA OF THE SAME BUTCHERY HERE
IRAN : pictures banished from ours embedded media made in New World Order,
CAT STEVENS : Voice banished from ours airs, made in our « free » New World Order , because he was converted to Islam . Are this songs and his voice less beautyful than they were in times when he sang « My Lady D’Arbanville ».
