WASHINGTON (AP) - A State Department memo that has caught the attention of prosecutors describes a CIA officer’s role in sending her husband to Africa and disputes administration claims that Iraq was shopping for uranium, a retired department official said Tuesday.

The dossier, based on media reports, says US-led forces were responsible for more than a third of the deaths.

I’m guessing that if we don’t invade Iran, create laws that further restrict civil liberties, and/or establish more secret interrogation facilities where we smear doo-doo on people in a humane way, the terrorists will strike again.
