Per raggiungere l’ejido Morelia, sede del Caracol IV, Torbellino de nuestras palabras, si parte all’alba de San Cristobal de Las Casas, l’antica Jovel, situata nel cuore degli Altos del Chiapas.
Lungo la Carretera Panamericana, si scende sino a Cuxuljá, a pochi chilometri da Ocosingo, città teatro di violenti scontri tra l’Esercito zapatista di liberazione nazionale (Ezln) ed esercito messicano, il 3 gennaio del 1994.

Sono partiti da Chinandega il 20 febbraio e sono arrivati a Managua il 2 di marzo dopo una marcia di 140 chilometri e con 19 punti da presentare alle istituzioni nicaraguensi.
