    Sergeant Patrick R. McCaffrey, Sr. and First Lieutenant Andre D. Tyson died on this day two years ago in Balad, Iraq. Back then, military officials reported that enemy insurgents ambushed them.     Somehow Goya, who died almost 200 years ago, was able to see what the Democratic Party would eventually become. No longer would the Party work for the people. The Party would ride on the backs of the people and expect them to take the Party wherever it wished to go. One thing Goya did not foresee-eventually the people will tire of this mistreatment and look for a new party. That day is coming sooner than the DLC realizes.
