Are you all aware that there is another way to remove a president other than impeachment? Via the 25th Amendment of the Constitution a president may removed for cause, in this case it would be for madness re: unleashing nuclear war on the world using Iran as an excuse. This jackass has to be removed and checked into the Betty Ford clinic at once. For more info:

2 commentsAn Analysis of the U.N. speech of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Part One
By Peter Fredson
September 26, 2006
It was difficult to find the text of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s Address to the United Nations on September 19th, 2006.
Most of the sycophant media of the U.S. did not see fit to print it, but limited any mention to ridiculing or trivializing it. The New York Times printed all of the Bush rhetoric but somehow could not find room for that of Ahadinejad. I found it on the (…) -

The United States of Barbarism
by James Bovard, September 25, 2006
The U.S. Senate is cutting a deal with President Bush to make America a banana republic. Last week, three senators reached an agreement with the White House that will de facto permit the CIA to continue torturing people around the world. And the deal will prevent anyone - including Bush administration officials - from being held liable for the torture.
This is latest sign that our elected representatives in Washington (…) -

"Over-grown military establishments are under any form of government inauspicious to liberty, and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty." —George Washington (1732-1799), 1st US President
"[The] conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience. . . . In the councils of (…) -
AMERICAN MORALITY SCAM, PART II
25 September 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
3 commentsIn a previous PRAVDA.Ru article entitled AMERICAN MORALITY SCAM (August 8, 2006), I discussed how demagogues, liars and religious hypocrites confine their definition of “morality” to issues involving human sexuality, which, in turn, enables them to ignore, rationalize and excuse the economic exploitation, and even the abuse, torture and murder, of their fellow human beings.
This tactic is successful for two reasons: 1). There are diverse categories of morality-legal, medical, religious, (…) -
Demand Accountability for the Faulty Iran Intelligence Report!
25 September 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
Congressman Kucinich has recently written a letter to Christopher Shays, Chairman of House Government Reform Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats and International Relations requesting that he hold hearings on the recent House Intelligence Committee report that the IAEA called “outrageous and dishonest.”
The latest report implicating DNI passivity or complicity in embellishing the danger of the Iranian nuclear program should be aggressively investigated by our Subcommittee (…) -
JOURNALISM, WALL STREET JOURNAL-STYLE

Journalism, Wall Street Journal-Style - by Stephen Lendman
It takes great courage to venture onto the editorial pages of the Wall Street Journal - especially on Fridays when Mary Anastasia O’Grady’s Americas column appears. This is a woman who surely will have a serious back problem one day resulting from her permanent position of genuflection to the most extreme far-right she pledges allegiance to. In her assigned role at the Journal, which includes character assassination, she can best (…) -
Blood, filthy lucre, religious hypocricy: A curse on George Bush
25 September 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
6 commentsGeorge Bush has literally changed the world...and none but the right wing nut cases and pseudo religious fundies can argue that it’s for the best!
Bush and the Neocons planned the Iraq invasion and occupation years before they admitted it to the press and the public. As the direct result tens of thousands (some say 100s of 1000s) have died as the result of this miserable excuse for a ’war’
Over 2700 have perished in this useless enedeavor, and according to the US television networks, they (…) -
Paradigm shift irreversible - The empire of LIES is DYING - most certainly
25 September 2006 par (Open-Publishing)
Nothing compares with todays level of psychic deception that is employed by politicians, big oil companies and large coporations in general. They all use the vehicle of communication not only for the illusioned benifit of "self profit" but they envision power will come from the asserstion of reality through domination of media. What they forgot is that no matter WHAT is SAID it is the watchful EYE of the PEOPLE upon what is DONE that will determine the ultimate outworking of what will (…)

1 commentVenezuelan Foreign Minister Illegally Detained at JFK Airport and Strip-Searched - by Stephen Lendman
VHeadline.com broke the news early Saturday evening that Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Madura was prevented by airport officials from departing the US from JFK airport on a commercial flight on Saturday following the UN General Assembly meeting. He said officials demanded he surrender his ticket and boarding pass claiming his name was on a so-called "red list." He was then (…)
