Most Americans by now have heard about the election 2004 voting problems, but odds are it’s been from mainstream media sources like the NY Times, Fox News or NPR debunking the internet researchers as ’tin-foil hat conspiracy theorists’. In fact, we are simply patriotic Americans doing the job that the corporate media is failing to do. One thing is for sure, millions of Americans do not accept the whitewash the media is giving us, and we refuse to roll over and play dead at Kerry’s request. (…)

Big Media’s Democracy Double Standards
24 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
13 commentsThe Washington Post and other leading American newspapers are up in arms about the legitimacy of a presidential election where exit polls showed the challenger winning but where the incumbent party came out on top, amid complaints about heavy-handed election-day tactics and possibly rigged vote tallies.
In a lead editorial, the Post cited the divergent exit polls, along with voter claims about ballot irregularities, as prime reasons for overturning the official results. For its part, the (…) -
Volusia County Florida lawsuit alleges irregularities in 2004 election
24 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentThis is an update of BlackBoxVoting’s investigation of vote fraud in Florida. There is a distinct pattern of stonewalling coming from the elections officials. Combine this non-cooperation with many ’irregularities’ and flat out lies and it certainly appears that they are hiding something. Calling all media outlets- report this now or lose all credibility- are you real journalists or bush cronies?
Summary of allegations in the Lawsuit

Civil Wrongs in the Washington Post

Last week, the Washington Post ran a “special advertising supplement” targeted to the black community that said gay people are unworthy of the equal rights that African Americans now enjoy. The supplement was in the guise of a publication called, “Both Sides Magazine”, although it wasn’t a true magazine and didn’t present both sides.
This disgraceful propaganda - clearly backed by Focus on the Family’s James Dobson - truly broke my heart. “Both Sides” tried to incite anger (…) -
America’s Most Wanted: After Jordan disappeared, they called the police on ME!

Two months ago, I wrote an article entitled "Calling the Police on your Own Child". Little did I know that the next victim of Jordan’s parents’ love affair with calling "911" was going to be me! Now I know how Jordan must feel. It’s like being in an episode of "America’s Most Wanted" Or, more exactly, like being in an episode of "As the World Turns".
If you have been keeping up with my serialized episodes of the "Jordan" soap opera, then you know that in the last four (…) -
Recount efforts in Ohio by Kerry intensify

A top-ranking official with Democratic Senator John Kerry’s presidential campaign told North County News last week that although unlikely, there is a recount effort being waged that could unseat Republican President George W. Bush.
"We have 17,000 lawyers working on this, and the grassroots accountability couldn’t be any higher -no (irregularity) will go unchecked. Period," Kerry spokesman David Wade said.
A verbal firestorm erupted last week between an area supporter of (…) -
Speak out against vote tampering in Ohio
23 November 2004 par (Open-Publishing)
1 commentThis letter is a call to action. Just as I predicted months before the Nov. 2 election, there is now mounting evidence that your vote and mine could have been stolen! That’s right, folks, the election was hacked, hijacked, and it’s high time to wake the voters up and the news media! "No media whitewash" should be our freedom cry! Why?
Despite growing evidence of disenfranchisement, suppression and outright fraud from lost votes to missing ballots to black-box machines with no paper trail, (…) -
Let’s Get Real

1 commentBush & company’s theft of the election was a crime so obvious that it requires more effort to deny than to affirm.
This rip-off was as flagrant as the L.A. cops’ assault on Rodney King, Kerry’s stellar soldiering in Vietnam, or Bush’s lousy record in the Texas Air National Guard, and yet this national calamity is being dismissed as a delusion.
The reason for the Busheviks’ denial is as obvious as the theft itself: How better to commit the perfect crime than to insist it never (…) -

Demonstrably flying away from the fraternity of nations has not been achieved solely by the crimes and ineptitude of the worst president in living memory. Rather, this phenomenon has lingered in the American conscious for the last fifty years, evolving slowly but surely thanks to a rapidly evolving Pax Americana and its exponentially growing exploitation of the world’s remaining natural and human resources that continues to increase at unprecedented rates. This truth (…) -
How the Ohio election was rigged for Bush

Following four community public hearings in Ohio about election irregularities and voter suppression - two in the capitol, Columbus, and one each in Cincinnati and Cleveland - a clear pattern and practice of voter disenfranchisement is emerging.
In order to understand the extent of the voter suppression in the inner city of Columbus and Franklin County, overwhelmingly Democratic wards, start with the phrase: “Machines Placed By (…)
