Case Exemplifies Unbridled and Misused Power by DA’s office and others involved in Dallas, Texas Justice Resulting in expensive cases of Incarcerated Innocence. (STATE OF TEXAS v. LAKEITH AMIR-SHARIF)
Our system of justice is in obvious and desperate need of repair when the "TRUTH" is treated as a problem in need of a solution, and our solution is to eliminate truth as a prerequisite to arrest, indictment and conviction of INNOCENT citizens. (…)

Why Military Families Work for Peace
30 April 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
Today a woman called me. She saw our chapter’s web site, and reached me as the contact person. She left a simple message on my answering machine, telling me that her son was headed to his third deployment.
I spoke to her a little while ago, and it was hard to hold the tears back until I was done. She could not hold hers back. She told me about her son. He deployed early in the war, and the first night he was there, he was deployed on night patrol, not in a tank or any armored vehicle, but (…) -

On Tuesday which is the fourth anniversary of President Bush’s ‘Mission Accomplished’ speech, the $120 billion war supplemental bill is scheduled to be delivered to President Bush’s desk. On that day four years ago, in self-serving pageantry, President Bush flew onto the U.S.S. Lincoln in a fighter jet wearing a uniform he had no business wearing. In learning today that nine (…) -

"Alhambra Pollock" is a huge painting conflating brilliant Medieval, pure Islamic geometrical Art with the post-WW2 American Abstract expressionism of Jackson Pollock (see: . If such cultural extremes can be fused in a beautiful painting then there is NO excuse for the current hatred and violence. WORDS having failed, can the hatred and violence be stopped by Beauty, Amity and Love?

Iraq and American Death Count to 2017
28 April 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
The major problem of war, aside from the death and destruction that it causes, is that it becomes extremely difficult to obtain accurate information about the events leading up to a conflict, about what is occurring at the present, and what is to be expected for the future. Basically, the most universally applicable statement regarding war is that "The first casualty of War is Truth".
The reasons for the invasion of Iraq by the United States and its allies are varied, what is occurring at (…) -

6 Marines 3 standing tall and proud in the foreground 3 crouching in the foreground 6 Marines posing in Fallujah, supposedly the "Graveyard of Americans". 6 young, strong men with battle hardened countenances. 6 marines in great health posing with rifles, deep in enemy territory. How brave they look, how American.
They can go to any country in the world, kick ass and take pictures to show the folks back home what their tax dollars are paying for. That picture (…) -
Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich impeachment against Cheney
26 April 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
2 commentsApril 25, 2007 — After being lulled into the morning corporate media hype concerning Vice President Dick Cheney’s trip to George Washington Hospital for a routine check up on his blood clot in his leg, and, perhaps with a bit of prodding from the weak-kneed House Democratic leadership, Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich postponed yesterday’s noon press conference where he was to introduce three articles of impeachment against Cheney. Kucinich delayed until 5:00 pm the press conference on his (…)

Color Codes, Duct Tape, Propaganda, Corporationism, and Smirks DON’T HELP
26 April 2007 par (Open-Publishing)
The basis for the global mind control program of the modern elite is in the charade mind control program of so called "terrorism". Although be sure that desperate economic situations create a breeding ground for contempt, violence, and the on going cycle of violence - the source of the so called poor mans war of "terrorism" is rooted in the structure and operational technique of maximizing profits while using the media a system of mind control to generate social consent of the opressed and (…)
