    With the trouncing of the pretend president, George W. (for waste) Bush on the ports deal, Congressional Republicans should take note that their poll numbers are looking better. For all Republican representatives in the House and a third of those in the Senate, this is an election year and the message may need to be drummed into their thick, heretofore unyielding skulls: Distancing yourself from the President will help you get re-elected.

    Fascism only occurs with the LACK of an organized opposition. When you know about PNAC, you know these bastards have been planning these wars et al for a long time. OF course they knew there would be widespread opposition, so they also planned (planted) the opposition.

    Mah fellow progressives, now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of the party. I don’t know about you, but I have had it with the D.C. Democrats, had it with the DLC Democrats, had it with every calculating, equivocating, triangulating, straddling, hair-splitting son of a bitch up there, and that includes Hillary Rodham Clinton.

    If Democratic candidate Tony Trupiano wins a Michigan House seat this fall, he pledges that one of his first acts will be to introduce articles of impeachment against President Bush.
    That has earned Mr. Trupiano the endorsement of ImpeachPAC, a group of Democratic activists seeking to remove Mr. Bush from office.
