The Alchemy of Antisemitism
25 March 2010 par (Open-Publishing)
5 commentsAlan Sabrosky’s recent and much-trumpeted statement that "Israel did 9/11" (e.g., here) is highly irrational and fuels, I suspect on purpose, the antisemitism that already plagues and undermines the "truth movement."
His "argument," such as it is, is easily debunked. It combines sense with nonsense, and it is very easy to distinguish the two, unless you are antisemitic, but that is precisely the problem.
Sensibly, Sabrovsky says:
"Several things are very clear to me from a careful (…) -

Yemen seizes ’Israel-linked’ cell
Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh has said the security forces have arrested a group of alleged Islamist militants linked to Israeli intelligence.
Mr Saleh did not say what evidence had been found to show the group’s links with Israel, a regional enemy of Yemen.
The arrests were connected with an attack on the US embassy in Sanaa last month which killed at least 18 people, official sources were quoted saying.
Israel’s foreign ministry has rejected (…) -

His Brother’s Keeper

On Wednesday, The New York Times reported that Ahmed Wali Karzai, brother to Afghanistan president Hamid Karzai, is on the Central Intelligence Agency payroll. While the explanations are not expressly damning (C.I.A. and U.S. Special Operations forces rent a compound from him, and often use him as an intermediary to communicate with the Taliban), it’s clear how the news will be received in the region. Theories that Afghanistan is a puppet state of the West are confirmed. (…) -

KABUL, Afghanistan — Ahmed Wali Karzai, the brother of the Afghan president and a suspected player in the country’s booming illegal opium trade, gets regular payments from the Central Intelligence Agency, and has for much of the past eight years, according to current and former American officials.
The agency pays Mr. Karzai for a variety of services, including helping to recruit an Afghan paramilitary force that operates at the C.I.A.’s (…) -

The Mysteries of Trebitsch-Lincoln: Con-man, Spy, ‘Counter-Initiate’?
BY DR. RICHARD B. SPENCE
Whatever else may be said about Ignatius Timothy Trebitsch-Lincoln, few can match his resume. He started life in Hungary in 1879 as plain Ignacz Trebitsch, the son of a prosperous orthodox Jewish family. He ended it sixty-four years later in Shanghai as the Abbot Chao Kung. Or at least he probably did. In between, using innumerable aliases, Trebitsch played the parts of actor, petty thief, (…) -

If you catch the CIA with its hand in the cookie jar and the Agency admits the obvious — what your eyes can plainly see — that its hand is indeed in the cookie jar, it means one of two things: a) the CIA’s hand is in several other cookie jars at the same time which you don’t know about and they hope that by confessing to the one instance they can keep the others covered up; or b) its hand is not really in the cookie jar — it’s an illusion to (…)
