How to Stop the Steamroller with a Note to the IRS

It is obvious that nothing that the 99% does has any impact, whatsoever, on the bureaucracy known as the US government. (Or any other government for that matter).
Despite repeated calls for the US government to withdraw all troops abroad we learn that what is painted as a "response" to that call (and polished up as Obama’s compliance with his campaign promise) only means relocating troops to Kuwait, Libya, Yemen, and Nigeria.
And public demands that Wall Street NOT be bailed out went, not only unheeded, but refuted as more and more US taxpayer dollars are continuing to flow to corporate/banking interests here and now in Europe as well. And all-of-this while Draconian austerity measures (Social Security and Medicare are on the chopping block as I write this) are being implemented by governments against their people throughout the entire Western military/financial terrorist empire.
The 99% have continuously, and for decades, insisted on clean air, water, and land as corporate interests have systematically dismantled any, and all, meaningful public sector watchdogs.
Politicians, with their lapdog, the media, still try to drum up contention over issues like women’s choice and gay marriage. Hell, Dirty Harry himself said,“These people who are making a big deal out of gay marriage? I don’t give a fuck about who wants to get married to anybody else! Why not?! We’re making a big deal out of things we shouldn’t be making a deal out of.”
The current Republican "debate" seems to center on the issue of which candidate would waterboard the most.
The 99% are sick of it. And, while Occupy Wall Street has admiringly raised the hopes of the masses, the 99% have yet to see or experience any action that actually stops the steamroller.
Well, here’s an idea. Next April, for those who don’t have automatic withholding, send your tax forms in to the IRS without a check . . . And this message:
"I will pay what GE pays."
(that figure was ZERO BTW)
For extra credit and good, pure fun you might add:
"The 4.5 billion dollar refund check can be made out to me personally."
As long as we bring our gold to the dragon the tyranny will continue.
