US Shell Game to Turn #OWS (Freedom of Speech) Into Homeland Security Issue

Since when did freedom of speech (and freedom of assembly, btw) become a matter of concern for Homeland Security?
Well, thanks to Lori Price (legitgov.com) and Rick Ellis (examiner.com) I have just learned that the Occupations of Denver, Oakland, Portland, Salt Lake City and about a dozen more were systematically evicted (within days of each other in an ongoing two month protest) with the tactical (yes, its a military term) input of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the FBI, the FPS, and godknows what other members of the alphabet soup gang.
It’s also known that as many as 18 cities participated in a conference call regarding #occupy encampments.
Having read the Military Commissions Ac,t and the Patriot Act, I know, for example, that I can be arrested for wearing my "Five Star General" jacket from (gasp) Wal-mart. . . presumably because some soldier might mistake me for a real, bona fide, US General. And then I might be tempted to utter, "Give me a thousand push ups soldier," or some such nonsense.
But the thought that the well-behaved #occupy movement warrants the attention of the US’ first line of defense against terrorists is, well, a mindfuck.
According to Ellis’ source, "police agencies were advised to seek a legal reason to evict residents of tent cities, focusing on zoning laws and existing curfew rules. Agencies were also advised to demonstrate a massive show of police force, including large numbers in riot gear. In particular, the FBI reportedly advised on press relations, with one presentation suggesting that any moves to evict protesters be coordinated for a time when the press was the least likely to be present."
Intimidation: It’s the law. Watch closely now as the shell game revs up. Which shell is "freedom of speech" under? Oh look! It’s dollar bills under the shell of corporate personhood. And what about "freedom of assembly"? It’s now a matter for Homeland Security.
Fascism. Coming soon to a government near you.

Imagine the resurrected the Third Reich in Washington D. C. and nobody wants to notice. Yes, we want to live, and yes we want to have a good live. So why bother, it is only for the little inconvenience that we have to learn to walk on our knees.
