    The man named Viktor Bout ( pronounced "Butt" ) is frequently referred to "Viktor B". Given the multiplicity of media reports that Viktor Bout is currently a US Defence contractor selling arms to our freedom fighters in Iraq and that his "cousin", "George B. ", has granted him sovereign unitary immunity from international arrest , would it not be more appropriate for Viktor Bout to be called "Viktor Bush".     WASHINGTON - Nearly three out of four American troops serving in Iraq think U.S. forces should withdraw within a year, and more than one in four say the United States should leave immediately, according to a new poll published Tuesday.
