    This was on the episode of BBC World News which played on a local (Philadelphia area) PBS station at 6:00 am this morning. I can’t find a stream or transcript online. It’s sitting on my TIVO right now marked do not delete but I have no way to put it onto my hard drive and no place to serve it from anyway.     AN ANTI-IRAQ war protester who set up a peace camp outside the Texas ranch of the United States president, George Bush, takes her campaign on the road today as she pursues him back to Washington.

    Seems like the current President is taking a page out of Emperor Nero’s book from nearly 2,000 years ago (64 A.D.).
    You see, in 64 A.D. Rome experienced a major fire throught the city under Nero’s watch. Some say he had the city set ablaze.
    What do you know, there were many ambitious reconstruction projects started soon after this fire.
    What was Nero doing? Performing on stage, much to the chagrin of artists and citizens alike.
    But then, in the year 68 A.D. the man committed suicide. (…)
